The easiest way to cut PVC pipe or tubing is with ratcheting pipe cutters. They can cut pipe up to about 1 ½” with a smooth, even slice. Different sizes are available. Larger sizes of pipe can be but with fine toothed saws such as a hack saw or sawzall.
