Behind the Scenes: 65 Gallon Corner Aquarium

This tank makes the cut for “Behind the Scenes” not because of its unusual quarter round shape, but because of the amount of money it has brought in over the last 17 years.

This customer is a wealthy business owner who loves her animals.  She pays me to come every week to check on her fish and to do a water change even though I told her it was not necessary.  She wants me to do it anyway.

This account brings in around $3640 per year which adds up to over $60,000 since I started.  It averages out to around $70 per hour including drive time.

I wonder if she would consider adopting a 49 yr old and putting him in her will?
